Justice Susan Carney was appointed to the Alaska Supreme Court in May of 2016. This is her first retention evaluation.

The Alaska Judicial Council evaluated Justice Carney’s performance in office, and found that she met or exceeded all performance standards. Because Justice Carney met or exceeded all performance standards, the Judicial Council recommends retention in office.
